Terms of Service
This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Korean version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ContextA (hereinafter "the Company") and users regarding the use of the website and services (hereinafter "the Services") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Services" refers to the digital archive consulting, AI archive solutions, education programs, and related websites provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to any person who uses the Services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
- These Terms take effect when posted on the service screen or otherwise communicated to users.
- The Company may modify these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and the modified Terms take effect upon announcement.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
The Company provides the following services:
- Digital archive consulting
- Personal archive system development consulting
- AI Archives SaaS platform
- Archives AI Transformation (AX) education
- Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Modification and Suspension of Services)
- The Company may modify services for operational or technical reasons.
- The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Services in cases of force majeure, system failure, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Stealing or misusing another person's information
- Infringing on the Company's intellectual property rights
- Interfering with the stable operation of the Services
- Any other activities that violate applicable laws
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyright and intellectual property rights for content created by the Company within the Services belong to the Company.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from liability when Services cannot be provided due to force majeure or equivalent circumstances.
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own negligence.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
For disputes arising from the use of Services, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
