• Records of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
• Website access records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

4. Third-Party Disclosure

In principle, we do not disclose personal information to third parties, except:

• When the user has given prior consent
• When required by law or requested by investigative authorities through legal procedures
